These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our website and order our products.
Our Services
ChickCharm provides:
- Handcrafted chicken-themed desserts including gingerbread, cake pops, chocolate figurines, macarons, marshmallows, cookies, cupcakes, and meringues
- Custom dessert design services for events and celebrations
- Delivery services within Turkey
- Gift packaging options
All products are made to order. We do not guarantee availability for last-minute orders.
Ordering and Payment
Placing an Order
- Orders are placed through our website contact form or via email
- We will respond with a quote within 24 hours
- Orders are confirmed only after you accept the quote and we confirm availability
- Standard orders require 5-7 days advance notice
- Custom designs require 2-3 weeks advance notice
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated
- Prices may vary for custom designs based on complexity
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup
- We accept bank transfer and credit card payments
Your Responsibilities
As a user of our website and customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
- Inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Be available to receive delivery at the specified time and address
- Store desserts according to our provided instructions
- Not use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Prohibited Activities
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing our content without permission
- Using our images for commercial purposes without written consent
- Reselling our products without authorization
- Submitting false information or fraudulent orders
Our Responsibilities
ChickCharm commits to:
- Prepare all desserts with care using quality ingredients
- Deliver orders on time and in good condition
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days
- Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
- Handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Address complaints and issues promptly and fairly
Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 7 days before delivery: Full refund of deposit
- 3-7 days before delivery: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 3 days before delivery: No refund (ingredients already purchased)
- Quality issues: If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

All content on this website is the property of ChickCharm:

- All text, images, and graphics on this website
- Product designs and photographs
- Website design and functionality
You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions if you did not inform us of allergies
- We are not liable for issues caused by improper storage after delivery
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute:

- We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey
